Environmental Impact Assessment
The Environmental Statement (ES) has been prepared to accompany the planning application, in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 ("The EIA Regulations").
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process intended to ensure that permissions for developments with potentially significant effects on the environment should be granted only after prior assessment of the likely significant environmental effects has been carried out and suitable mitigation or management measures identified.
