Landscape and Visual
The original Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) included 17 viewpoints that were chosen following close discussions with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Sheffield City Council and the Peak District National Park. After the initial assessment of the planning application from key consultees a number of amendments have been made to the LVIA. Such changes include, amended viewing positions, new photography and an additional viewpoint within the Peak District National Park.
All 18 viewpoints, together with a written assessment of the landscape and visual effects of this development are included with the relevant sections of the original planning application and the supplementary environmental information.
